Alethea Kenney started the Sustainable Sheep and Fiber Community of Northern Minnesota February 2015 and continues to be active in organizing and promoting related events in the community and teaching about sustainable farming across the country. Her goal is to see sustainably raised, local sheep wool and products available to a wide range of consumers, both in northern Minnesota and farther afield.
