Membership Levels

We offer several levels and types of membership to support the northern Minnesota fiber community, effective with memberships paid after the February annual meeting of the year. 

​Local Producers:
Those individuals over 18 or farms wishing to support us at the Local Producer Level must reside in Minnesota north of the southern border of Wilkin, Ottertail, Wadena, Cass, Crow Wing, Aitkin and Pine counties and south of the Canadian border.  

This membership level entitles the member to full voting privileges and eligibility to run for the board of directors according to the by-laws.  Local Producer members will receive a web listing and discounts at SSFC events, as applicable. Other benefits apply.  

Artist/Artisan:
The Artist/Artisan level of membership is open to anyone over 18 residing in Minnesota north of the southern border of Wilkin, Ottertail, Wadena, Cass, Crow Wing, Aitkin and Pine counties and south of the Canadian border.  

This membership level entitles the member to full voting privileges and eligibility to run for the board of directors according to the by laws. Artist/Artisan members will receive a web listing and discounts at SSFC events, as applicable.  Other benefits apply.

Supporter:  
Anyone wanting to support SSFC is welcome to join at the Supporter Level. There are no geographical restrictions but members will not have voting or board of director privileges.  All other benefits of membership apply to this level.

Junior:  
A Junior membership is open to anyone under 18.  There are no geographical restrictions but Junior members will not have voting or board of director privileges.  All other benefits of membership apply to this level.

 Please print this application and return it with your payment made out to Sustainable Sheep & Fiber Community (SSFC) to the secretary's address at the bottom of the form.   Note that this form has 2 pages.
